Short version
The Full Report is an automated digital product delivered instantly on upload, so it is not refundable once you have used your purchase to generate a report; if you have not yet used it, contact us to cancel for a refund.

2. Free Security Score
Free scans do not involve a payment. If a free scan fails because of our system, we may restore the free scan credit or ask you to upload again.
3. Full Report
Full Report is a one-time automated digital product. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately on upload, the right of withdrawal is limited once delivery has begun; if you have not yet used your purchase to generate a report, you may request cancellation and a refund.
Once you have used your purchase to generate a report, the fee is generally not refundable because the digital product has been delivered.
4. Seller and payments
Paid products are sold by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles checkout, payment receipts, taxes, invoicing, and approved refunds. Oh My Audit operates the service; the business details in the site footer identify the service operator, not the seller of record.
5. When we may refund or restore credit
We may provide a refund, replacement scan, or restored credit when:
- you were charged twice for the same intended purchase;
- payment succeeded but the credit or request was not created;
- our system failed and no usable score or report was delivered;
- we cancel the request before starting work;
- another issue is confirmed by us as a billing or service error.
6. What is not refundable
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:
- delivered Full Reports or delivered scores;
- requests where analysis has already started;
- invalid, incomplete, or unsuitable uploads after review work has begun;
- results that contain fewer findings than expected;
- disagreement with the score, risk level, or prioritization;
- changes you make to the project after upload.
7. How to request a refund
Email contact@ohmyaudit.app with the purchase email address, project name, payment date, and reason for the request. If the request relates to an upload or scan, include the app name or analysis ID if available.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted through the payment provider. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on the provider and your bank.
